Rick moved into my house October '09. We had planned on selling his townhouse and actually had it listed for 3mos but with the market the way it is, we opted to rent it out instead.

Kevin, a friend of Rick's was a great help getting us (Rick) thru this process and finding a qualified renter.

So we are happy to finally have a tenant!, for the next 12 mos. Maybe next year!
